Stephanie A. Cook, age 42, passed away Friday, August 3, 2012 in Medina. She was born September 14, 1969 in Medina. Throughout her life Stephanie was a devoted stay-at-home mom whose greatest joy was her children. She was a visually creative and artistic person who enjoyed interior design.

Stephanie is the beloved mother of Leah Hutchins (significant other - Michael Young) and Dylan Cook; beloved daughter of Leslie Ann Good (William Reynolds) and William (Jenni) Street; dear granddaughter of Anne Benisek; loving sister of John (Kellie) Klayko and Zac Street; lifelong best friend of Kristi Scheck.

Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday August 8 at 11 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Church, 606 E. Washington St. Medina; with interment follow at Spring Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 2-4:00 and 6-8:00 P.M. at Waite and Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St. Medina. In honor of Stephanie’s life family and friends are encouraged to wear pink.
