Albert Unwin, age 80, of Medina, OH passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021. He was born on April 29, 1941 to Robert and Margaret (Martin) Unwin and lived in Twechar, Scotland until the age of 16, when his family moved to America.

He always lived life to the fullest, and never met a stranger. He was a skilled craftsman, and his work can be seen from Ohio to West Virginia. His hobbies included cheering for all the Cleveland sports teams, solving puzzles, poetry, and travel. He loved the spirit of adventure and enjoyed everything outdoors. He was a great storyteller and always quick with a joke. He was proud of his Scottish heritage and enjoyed sharing it with others. But at the heart of it all, his family was most important. He will be greatly missed by his entire family and friends.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Judy (nee Bunner); his loving children, Rob Unwin, Michelle (Tom) Andrews, and Scott (Rosalee) Unwin; cherished grandchildren, Devon, Allison and Collin; several nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.

Al is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Bill; and his sister, Margaret.
