Alexis "Lexi" Cerio, age 11, of Medina, Ohio, passed away surrounded by her family on February 14, 2025. She was born to Brian and Kelly (McKee) Cerio on December 11, 2013, in Medina, Ohio. Lexi was a proud member of Girl Scout Troop 90748 and Medina Fastpitch. As an active member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, she was involved with St. Francis Children's Choir and played for their CYO Volleyball Team. Lexi was an honorary member of the Warthogs Cleveland Motorcycle Club and served as the Lafayette Township Fire Chief for a day. She released two music albums, Heaven and Holiday Special. Sharing her music brought her great joy.

Lexi is survived by her devoted parents; her siblings, Patrick, Nicholas, Lucy, and Joseph; her beloved rabbit, Panda; her grandparents, Nancy and Kenneth McKee and Linda Cerio; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather Arthur Cerio.

Family will receive friends on Monday, February 17, 2025, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Waite Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, OH 44256. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 606 E. Washington St., Medina, OH 44256. She will be laid to rest at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Cemetery in Medina, Ohio.
