Brian Anthony Lee

Brian Anthony Lee, age 88, passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 28, 2026. He was born on August 14, 1938, in London, England to the late George and Hilda Lee. Brian is survived by his significant other, Karin Longwell; beloved children Deborah Ventura (Clark), Neil, Linda Dougherty (David), and Ian (Kathy); cherished grandchildren Tony Jr, Christina, Bradley, Allison, Sherilyn, Zachary, April, Bryan, Matthew, and Kelsey; treasured great-grandchildren Tony III, Isabella, Dominic, Kassidy, Brett, Kaya, Ryan, Bryan, Liam, Kayzen, Wayne, Bryleigh, Maverick, and Giovanni along with baby Alaina, who will arrive shortly; dear brother, George (Doreen); nieces Yvonne and Beverley along with several more nieces and nephews. Brian is preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Lee.

Brian earned his apprenticeship in tool and die making in Great Britain before moving his family to Medina County in 1967, where he continued his career in the automotive industry.

Brian enjoyed many hobbies and interests throughout his life, including boxing, cycling, weightlifting, shooting, traveling, astronomy, bird watching, and riding his motorcycles. He was a mentor to many and an avid reader, with a particular passion for history. He also loved to debate (aka “argue”) politics and world statistics, always bringing his quick wit and thoughtful perspective to every conversation.

Most of all, Brian cherished and loved his large, close-knit family and he was deeply loved by every one of them. No one could have asked for a better partner, father, teacher, and friend. His kindness, compassion, integrity, and honesty touched the lives of all who knew him and will remain forever in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

A celebration of Brian’s life will be held at the Medina Moose, 136 S. Elmwood Ave Medina, Ohio 44256 on October 11, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In Brian’s honor, the family asks that you perform an act of kindness in his memory.
