Obituary

Charles Lynn Keffer, age 77, of Wellington, Ohio, passed away on September 3, 2023. He was born to Arthur William and Mabel Marie (Adkins) Keffer on September 16, 1945, in Jonben, West Virginia. Charles proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a longtime truck driver with Teamsters Local 407. He loved "wheelin' and dealin'"  -which is why he enjoyed antiques, cars, and flea markets- as well as going to the casino with his wife.

Charles is survived by his wife, Cynthia Makuh Keffer; his children, Jason (Gretchen) Keffer and Jennifer (Robert) Davis; his grandchildren, Abigail Keffer, Zoey Keffer, Zachary Keffer, Robbie (Stephanie) Davis, Gabbie Davis, and Lexie Davis; his great grandchildren, Ryder and Brynlee; and his siblings, June Jackman, Carol Vaught, Cindy (David) Reese, Wayne Keffer, Mike Keffer, and Joe Keffer. He was preceded by his parents, and his siblings, Delbert Keffer, Steve Keffer, and Annette Keffer.

Visitation services will be Thursday, September 7, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina OH 44256. Funeral service will be Friday, September 8, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Fr. Marek Visnovsky will officiate. He will be laid to rest with military honors at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio.
