Charles Donald Peek, age 72, of Medina, Ohio, passed away on October 11, 2024. He was born to the late Clifton and Jessie Lee (Stewark) Peek on January 5, 1952, in Louisville, Kentucky. Charles was a long-distance truck driver before he joined East Ohio Methodist Church, as an information technologist and administrator, where he retired after 22 years. He enjoyed computers and electronics as well as gardening and yardwork. Charles will be remembered for his woodworking, especially the beautiful birdhouses that he shared with many people. He loved spending time with Linda. They enjoyed cooking together and listening to many audiobooks, favoring detective, mystery, adventure, and sci-fi stories.

Charles is survived by his long-term partner, Linda McKee; his sister, Peggy Vanpelt; his lifelong friend, Gary Knowland, and his dog, Sarge. He was preceded by his son, Donlee Peek, and his sister, Barbara.

No public services per Charles's request.
