Christian William Snyder

Christian William Snyder, age 24, passed away on October 12, 2026. He was born on May 9, 2002, to his loving parents, the late Deborah and Chris (JoAnna “Jo”). Christian is survived by his cherished siblings Zach (Maria) and Savannah Snyder; dear nephew Ronan Snyder; grandma Nancy (Dennis, deceased); uncle and godfather Michael Snyder, godmother Natalie Taras; girlfriend Angela, and many other aunts and uncles.

Christian is preceded in death by his grandparents William and Marjory.

Christian proudly worked as a Butcher for Giant Eagle, obtaining his Angus Certification on his first attempt and belonging to the Local 880 UFCW. Christian was passionate about his trade and loved to share it with his family, cooking them meals, enjoying BBQ’s and seafood boils. In his free time, he greatly enjoyed night fishing for catfish, being on the water, and his music. His favorite time of the year was thanksgiving for the turkey and especially Christmas. He loved the model trains and decorating the tree.

Christian was full of passion and life. He was a caring, selfless man with a huge heart. He touched the lives of those around him with his kindness and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 1-4pm at Waite Funeral Home in Brunswick. A funeral service will be held at 1pm at the funeral home. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.waitefuneralhome.com.
