Obituary

Dana Paul Knight went home to be with the Lord on March 9, 2010. He was born in Sutton, West Virginia on June 19, 1930 to the late David and Ida Belle Knight. He moved to Ohio in the 50's to work for Chevy and he worked there until an automobile accident made him Medina Hospital's longest resident patient, as he was hospitalized for 7 months. While in the hospital he married his wife of 48 years, Marjorie.

Dana Paul worked for Roose's Wrecking, Lloyd's Towing, Formrite Tube Company and Friction Products - from which he had a medical retirement. He also spent his weekends working on automobiles at his home. He loved to garden and share his bounty.
Dana Paul served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was there until the conflict ended. He is a member of both the Chatham VFW Post and the Spencer American Legion.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie (nee Zweifel); his parents; sisters Lulubelle and Hazel, and brother Russell Denvil.

Dana Paul is survived by his brother Tom (Sharon); daughters: Sue (Harry) Hall, Bonnie, Arlene (Tim) Laurence and Linda; grandsons: Eric (Michelle), Brad and Richard and great-grandchildren, Rebecca, Hunter, Coralyn and Colt and a multitude of in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.

Dana Paul never met a stranger - he became an instant friend to everyone. He will be remembered for his smile, friendly attitude and generous heart. He will be missed.
Dana Paul knew the Lord Jesus as his Savior and would often tell people that he had the Lord and that was all that he needed. He has been reunited with his wife Marge in Heaven now.
