Darlene Marie Mustacchio, 72, of Brunswick, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 15, 2024. Born on September 30, 1952, in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine (nee Debelak) Rojc.

Darlene dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker, finding immense joy in raising her children and cherishing her grandchildren. She was a devoted wife to Ralph Mustacchio, her beloved husband of 47 years, who preceded her in death in 2018.

Darlene is survived by her children, Laura Krakowski, Anthony (Natalie) Mustacchio, Michelle (Steve) Griffea, and Chrissy Mustacchio (Steve Wodek). She was a proud and loving grandmother to Carly Krakowski, Keith Krakowski, Abbey DiSalvo, Ryan DiSalvo, Brendan Mustacchio, Aliyah Mustacchio, Isaiah Mustacchio, Alexis Fundzak, Adam Wodek, and Emma Wodek, as well as her great-granddaughter, Willow Krakowski. She is also survived by her siblings, Cheryl Borland, Anthony (Denise) Rojc, and Pamela (Danny, deceased) Decker. In addition to her parents and her husband, Darlene was preceded in death by her grandson, Jaymeson.

Darlene was known for her giving spirit, finding beauty and goodness in everyone she met. She cherished life's simple pleasures: Hallmark Christmas movies, cooking shows, coffee, and polka music. Her warm heart and genuine kindness touched the lives of everyone around her. She had a beautiful soul and celebrated the changing seasons, especially enjoying the joy of giving during the holidays. She will be dearly missed.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Waite Funeral Home, 3300 Center Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio.
