Deanna M. Baker

Deanna Marie Baker (née Morris), 71, of Medina, Ohio, passed away at home surrounded with love on May 23, 2026, after a long, brave battle against cancer.

Born on July 24, 1954, in Medina, to the late David and Barbara Morris, Deanna was an angel on Earth, with a quiet strength that she didn’t hesitate to lend to those whom she loved. She will be remembered for her kindness, caring, artistic, and gardening talents.

She leaves behind her husband and high school sweetheart, Stephen Baker, daughter Angela Baker, grandson Bradley Baker, and her siblings Kathleen Daney (Bill), Terry Morris (Camille), Cynthia Barnett, Lorraine Williams (Glen), and Andrea Moehle (Jerry).

Visiting hours will be held at Waite Funeral Home in Medina on Saturday, June 6, from 10:00 – 11:30 am. A private family graveside service will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery.
