Debra E. Plues (Gronowski) at the age of 70,  passed away peacefully at home on Saturday May 10, 2025 after battling Leukemia. Deb is survived by her husband Daryl Plues (49 years). Two children Keith Plues (Mary) and Kara Plues (Derek) and three grandchildren Antonio, Rylee, Bryce. Two brothers Jim (Mary) Gronowski and Glen (Anna) Gronowski and many nieces and nephews. She was proceeded by her parents Chester and Shirley Gronowski and two brothers Greg and Jerry Gronowski.

Debra lived a vibrant life filled with love while she fulfilled the name of Wife, Mom, Sister, Friend, and The World's Greatest YaYa.  Deb enjoyed playing pickleball and attending Zumba classes at the recreation center. Deb loved cuddling up with her Jakey Pooh (dog-JackRussell) watching golf, football, and baseball. Deb's family was her greatest treasure. She loved watching her daughter play flute, fiddle, steel lap guitar. She never missed a show, going shopping or celebrating a birthday at a restaurant and attending every school/sporting events with her grandchildren.

Debra E. Plues will be remembered for her  kindness, boundless love and the joy she brought into the lives of those around her. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m., Monday, May 19, 2025, at Waite Funeral Home, 3300 Center Rd., followed by a Memorial Service at 7 p.m.
