Delynn Ann Warfel, age 75, of Medina, Ohio, passed away on October 23, 2024. She was born to the late Michael and Florence (Hardwick) Derago on December 20, 1948, in Richmond, Indiana. Delynn was a secretary for the Mayor of Richmond, Indiana and an Internal Buyer for Federated Department Stores. She was a member of Medina United Church of Christ.  Delynn was a movie buff and supporter of Playhouse Square, American Heart Association, and many other organizations. Delynn said her best career in life was being a mother and a grandmother.  Her family will greatly miss her love and kindness, along with her sharp wit and keen intuition.  Delynn's kindness and love was felt by anyone she came in contact with.  She had many special long-term friendships with so many people.

Delynn is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, John Warfel; her beloved daughter, Jill Warfel; her special granddaughter, Elizabeth Claire Warfel; her cousins and many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Eric Warfel; and her granddaughters, Erin Delynn Warfel and Ember Estrella Warfel.

Private family services will be held.
