Obituary

Dianne Irene Wagner, 79, of Medina, passed away peacefully, with her husband and family by her side, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Dianne was born on December 24, 1946, Christmas Eve, in Alliance, Ohio, the daughter of the late Irvin and Jean (Forst) Cobbs.

Dianne graduated from Lincoln High School in 1965. She was very outgoing and never met a stranger. She was very funny and lighthearted as well. Spending time with her family was essential to her. She and her husband, Ken, enjoyed many vacations together over the years. The annual Memorial Day rib burn offs at their house was an event that everyone enjoyed. She had a very strong will and faith. No matter what was happening at the time, she always had a beautiful smile. She worked for the Ford Motor Company – Brookpark and retired after 13 years of service. Dianne was very active at her church, Holy Martyrs Catholic Church, where she made many friends and shared her faith with others.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ken Wagner, with whom she shared 46 years of marriage; children, Michelle (Mark) Lastovka, Richard (Daisy Simental – Creagh) Creagh, and Kendra (Sean) Sanders; sister, Lorraine Ortiz; sister-in-law, Rosalie Cobbs; Johnathon (Whitney) Workman, Jacob Creagh, Ella Creagh, Kaitlyn Holmes and Casey Holmes; and 8 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Tiffany Workman, and brother, Danny Cobbs.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 11 am – 1 pm at Waite Funeral Home: 765 North Court Street, Medina, OH 44256, with a service to follow at 1 pm.
