Dorothy Miklosovic, age 86, passed away in Valley City, Ohio on Saturday, March 7, 2026. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan, on June 27, 1939, to Edward and Helen (Wells) Kwolek. Dorothy was a resident of Brunswick since 1978.

Dorothy was a graduate of Muskegon Central Catholic and Marysville College before working at Parma General Hospital and Hospice of Medina County as a registered nurse.

She worked for many years for Saint Ambrose Parish, devoting time to various ministries, including bereavement and making grilled cheese sandwiches for Father Hilkert.

On July 25, 1959, Dorothy married John Miklosovic in Muskegon, Michigan. He worked along with Dorothy while he served as a full-time permanent deacon assigned to Saint Ambrose Parish. He predeceased her.

Dorothy is survived by her son, Brad, of Parma, and daughter, Julie, of Valley City; and her grandchildren, Adam, Heather, Megan, Mary, Katherine and Joseph. Also surviving her are her brothers Al and Larry, sister Beverly and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at St. Ambrose Catholic Parish, 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick, Ohio, with visitation at the church from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Dorothy will be laid to rest privately at Resurrection Cemetery in Valley City, Ohio.
