Doy Lee Peck

Doy Peck, age 86, passed away on August 18, 2026. He was born on May 10, 1940, to the late Arthur and Bessie Peck, in Webster Springs, West Virginia. Doy is survived by children Rebecca (Donald) Ingersoll, Timothy (Jackie) Peck, and Terry Peck; 10 grandchildren- Michael, Marcus, Alex, Abigail, and Cody Ingersoll, Tyler and Timothy R. Peck, David Hebebrand, and Amanda and Ashley Peck; 8 great-grandchildren.

Doy was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 56 years, Mary Lou; siblings Amos, Hurlden, Dorthie, Victoria, Denzil and Cecil; grandson Trevor.

He enjoyed traveling on cruises, trying his luck at the casinos, and collecting die-cast model cars. He cherished the memories made along the way and will be remembered for his love of life, his many interests, and the joy he brought to those around him.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in Doy’s memory to Remembrance Hospice, 3725 Medina Rd., Medina, Ohio 44256.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Waite Funeral Home, 765 North Court Street, Medina, Ohio 44256. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Medina.
