Frank Geric, age 92, passed away on August 1, 2026. He was born on August 29, 1933, in Czechoslovakia to the late Michal and Filomena Geric. Frank is survived by the love of his life for 64 years, Elsie; beloved children David (Julie) Fiocco, Michelle (Chris, deceased) Geric, Cindy (Norm) Stickney, Frank (Melissa) Geric; cherished grandchildren Brian (Liz), Katie (Henry), David, Sarah, and Robert; many great-grandchildren; treasured twin brother Mike (Mary); many nieces and nephews.
Frank is preceded in death by his sister Mary (Steve).
Frank was a proud United States Army Veteran. He also worked as a millwright for Ford Motors for many years. Frank loved being outdoors in the parks, watching the Guardians and was an avid artist, creating many beautiful pieces and belonging to the Medina County Art League. He was also known to be extremely handy, able to fix anything. Frank was a generous person, always making friends and he will be dearly missed by all.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Frank to Christ the King Lutheran Church in Lodi or the Medina County Park District.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m., at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 8080 Lafayette Rd., Lodi, OH 44254. A memorial service will follow at 5:30 p.m. He will be privately laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.waitefuneralhome.com.
