Gary James Srnka

Gary James Srnka, 73 years old, of Medina, Ohio, passed away on September 18, 2026. He was born on February 21, 1953 in Garfield Heights, Ohio to the late Leonard John and Ruth Carolyn Srnka.

He was employed for many years at Axelrod Pontiac in Parma before retiring in 2009.

Gary enjoyed Harley-Davidsons and Corvettes, spending hours customizing and supercharging his beloved machines. He loved making each vehicle unique and sharing that passion with family and friends. His mechanical talent, and unmistakable love of the open road will be remembered and cherished by all who knew him.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Cheryl Ann (Palmer) Srnka; daughter Ashley Darling (Scott); grandchildren Savannah and Grayson; brother Len Srnka, Jr (Lissa); nephews and niece Erik Srnka (Ashley), Evan Srnka (Ellie) and Charlotte Schaffer (Nathaniel); and his great-nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
