Jack W. Maxwell, age 71, passed away on April 8, 2025. He was born on June 1, 1953, to the late William and Betty Maxwell. Jack is survived by his beloved wife Heidi; treasured children Brian (Amber), Becky (Dan); step-children Shawney (Andy) and Morgan; cherished grandchildren Cooper, Drake, Gage, Serenity, Priscilla, Alexandra; step-grandchildren Alex and Alyssa; dear siblings Terry, DeeDee, Laurie, and Gael (Mike, deceased).

Jack is preceded in death by his granddaughter Quinn, brother Randy, and step-father Russ.

Jack proudly served on the Medina County Fair board for 33 years. He was also the president of the Medina Bowling Association. Jack, aka Mad Max, was also known for his participation in the demolition derby. He loved Cleveland sports and was a diehard Browns fan. Jack greatly enjoyed fishing and camping in his free time. Most importantly, he loved his family. Jack will be dearly missed by all.

Family will receive friends on Monday, April 14, 2025, at Waite Funeral Home in Medina from 4-8pm. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 11am, at Spring Grove Cemetery in Medina, please meet at the cemetery .
