James R. Wallner, 72, passed away on June 1, 2026.

He was born in Fairview, Ohio, on April 14, 1954, to Joseph and Mildred (Rounds) Wallner.

James spent much of his life working as a heavy equipment operator and truck driver. He also enjoyed building and fabricating projects in his shop. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

James was the beloved husband of Debbie Wallner; the loving father of James (Erin) Wallner, Jr. and Heidi (Ray) Mayer; and the proud grandfather of Kane, Raymond III, and Lyncoln Anne. He was also the brother of Cheryl (George) Vincourt, Robin Wallner, and Holly Wallner.

James was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie, and his parents.
