Jeanie McCourt, age 76, went to be with the Lord December 27, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was born on February 12, 1938 in Diana West Virginia to the late Leslie and Eula (Garvin) McIe. She retired after many years from the housekeeping department at Lodi Hospital and was a devoted 50 year member of Triangle Baptist Church. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, her roses, and her faithful companion "Dogg Baby".

Jeanie is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Junior McCourt; loving daughters Linda (Paul) Fabri and Toni Feesler; dear grandchildren Trent and Tracy Hinderman and great-grandchildren Kyleigh and Aiden; sister Freda Anderson; special niece and nephew Violet Meadows and Richard McCourt; and many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her daughters Debbie Hinderman and Kandy "Sissy" McCourt; son-in-law Charlie Gaydos; brother Junior McIe; and her sisters Kathleen, Betty and Nellie.

Services will be held 1:00 pm, Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina 44256. Rev. Bobbie Wheeler from Triangle Baptist Church will officiate with burial at Hillcrest Cemetery in Wadsworth. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5-8:00 pm at the funeral home.
