Jeffrey Lynn Mills passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on October 21, 2024. He was born February 27th, 1955, to the late Donald and Jeannette (Nalley) Mills. Jeff graduated from Chippewa High School in 1973. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and fitness, especially long-distance running. He was an avid football fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. Jeff also excelled on the football field at Chippewa High School where he later went on to coach for 13 years including his greatest coaching accomplishment, winning the 1999 WCAL Championship as assistant coach.

He will be deeply missed by his sons, Kain (Lauren), Klay, Kahner and his former spouse, Kelly to whom he was married for 20 years. He also leaves behind his seven grandchildren, Braeden, Jace, Khaleesie, Kahner Jr., Mick, Bree, and Grey. In addition, Jeff is survived by his siblings, Cathy Michel (Donald), Mike Mills (Sally), Steve Mills (Betty), Kelly Mills (Tricia), Leslie Kallenborn (Dean), Donnie Mills and Sioux Watts (Mark). He was preceded in death by his parents.

Family will welcome friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Gene Daniel Community Center, 470 Park Drive, Doylestown, OH 44230. A Celebration of Life will be held at 8:00pm. Jeffrey will be laid to rest privately at Rittman Cemetery.

Jeff's family would like to extend a sincere 'Thank You' to his friends who found time to spend with him before passing. "It truly meant so much to him!"
