Jeramiah Dillon James Haugen, 19, of Cleveland, passed away unexpectedly on July 2, 2025. Jeramiah was born on August 19, 2005, in Massillon, Ohio to Jeramiah J. Haugen and Jennifer (Peffer) Haugen.

Jeramiah graduated from Frederick Douglas High School in 2024. He loved playing video games and listening to music. He was a member of the video game club at John Adams High School. He also had a love of animals. He enjoyed traveling and vacationing. He made many memories at Springwood Camp Club, where he enjoyed fishing and spending time with friends and family around bonfires.

He is survived by his mother, Jennifer Renae Haugen; stepfather, James Patterson; grandparents, Jim (Janet) Peffer and Diane (James) Patterson; great-grandmothers, Bonnie Peffer and Nora Shields; half – brothers, Jalen Wayne Patterson and Xander Haugen; and aunts, Julee Peffer and Jamie Domonkes.

He was preceded in death by his great – grandfathers, Roger Peffer and Glen Shields.
