JoAnn Erdman, age 88, of Medina, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on December 17, 2024. Born March 22, 1936, in Wadsworth, Ohio, JoAnn was the daughter of the late Joseph and Cornella (Reis) Bordac. She earned her associate degree and worked as a dedicated laboratory technician for more than 30 years.

JoAnn was a lifelong camper who cherished the great outdoors and treasured time spent with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Erdman, Sr., and two sons, David and Michael. JoAnn's memory will live on through her loving son, John Erdman, Jr.; her cherished grandchildren, Bryan (Brittany) Erdman and Stephen Erdman; and three great-grandchildren, Alex, Olivia, and Lilly.

The family will welcome guests from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Waite Funeral Home, 765 N. Court Street, Medina, Ohio, with a service on Friday, December 27, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. JoAnn will be laid to rest at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio on Friday, December 27, 2024, at 12:15 p.m..
