John E. Easterday, 78, of Frederick, MD, formerly of Medina, Ohio, went to be with Our Lord on October 23, 2024 after a long illness.  He is reunited with his parents Evard Edward &  Helen (Dilworth) Easterday, grandparents Fred & Lillian Dilworth and John & Vada Easterday; aunts, uncles, and a cousin who have preceded him in death.  He is survived by several cousins and good friends.

John graduated from Medina High School and had a varied career as Financial Manager of Mack Trucks in California and Tennessee, owner of his own business Easterday Financial in Tennessee, and site locator for All Tune and Lube in Pennsylvania.  He enjoyed fishing and golfing.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 31, 2024 from 10;00 am – 12:00 pm with the funeral service immediately following at 12:00 pm in the Waite Funeral Home 765 N Court St. Medina, OH 44256.  John will be laid to rest with his parents in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wadsworth OH.

God take you to heaven for eternity.  You will be greatly missed by friends and relatives alike.
