John A. Missal, age 82, peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, October 13, 2024. He was born August 19, 1942, in Cleveland, Ohio to John and Helen (nee Mosinski) Missal. He worked as a CAD CAM Operator / Electrical Draftsman for 'Square D' for years but then retired later from North American Combustion. He was a longtime member of St. Ambrose Parish. John enjoyed collecting old tools and was an avid photographer. He was a very devoted husband and father and known as a 'very pleasant man.' He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Left to celebrate John's life is his beloved wife of over 60 years, Sonia (nee Simko); his loving children, Cathy (John) Arp, Debbie (Christopher) Calabrese, and John W. Missal; his cherished grandchildren, Rebecca Arp, Elizabeth (Parker) Van Scyoc, and Sarah Arp; his adorable great grandchildren, Archie and Tatum; and many extended family and friends. John is preceded in death by his sister, Grace (Ray) Pinto.
