Joseph J. Boros, 78, of Hinckley, passed away September 13, 2026. 

He was born in Berea on April 13, 1948 to Joseph and Margaret (Mravec) Boros. Joseph is survived by his wife of 55 years, Regina (Huston); his children, Matthew (Lanaya), Joseph, Melissa, Mark and Amanda; a granddaughter, Leah; and a sister, Joanne. 

He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Jeanne. Joseph was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He had worked as a bricklayer and retired as a firefighter for the City of Parma after 25 years of service. He was considered a hero to many. 

Committal services will take place at 1:15 pm on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville, OH. Please meet at cemetery at 1 pm.
