Karen Eleanor Harkins, age 77, passed away on August 7, 2024, leaving behind her beloved other half, Richard Tashjian; her brothers, Theodore P. Klein, Sr. (Nancy) and Robert G. Klein; her sister, Grace A Pauloski; and several nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Karen loved cooking, to her food was love and no one ever left her table hungry.  She also enjoyed many trips to visit the Amish Country and was a lifelong animal lover. She supported the Medina SPCA often.  A loving partner, sister, aunt, and friend, she will be greatly missed by all who were lucky enough to know her.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, OH 44256, followed by the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest at North Royalton Cemetery in North Royalton, Ohio.
