LaVonne E. Hudson, age 65, passed away at home on April 28, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 24, 1957, in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Marvin F.  and Maxine (Vadnais) Hettinger. She worked as a dietary aid at Camelot Nursing Home and enjoyed her job there. She was a lover of country music, enjoyed spending every minute she could with her beloved grandchildren, watching baseball, fishing and was a talented gardener.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, David W. Hudson; children, Annette Icke, Jennifer Gecking, Nick (Misty) Hudson, Melissa (Richard) Kinseher; grandchildren, Dylan (fiancé, Hannah) Icke, Nathan Hudson, Mercedes (fiancé, Jacob) Gecking, David (girlfriend, Jordan) Hudson, Chyenne Kinseher, Cole Hudson, Logan Kinseher, LaVonne Icke; great granddaughter, Natialia High; siblings, Wesley (Karen) Hettinger, Raymond Hettinger, Maxine (JR) Stoller, Carmen Kincaid, Kenneth (Lori) Hettinger; and a lifetime of collected friends.

LaVonne is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Robert Hettinger, Marvin Hettinger, and Michael Hettinger; sister, Colleen Hettinger; and infant sister, Annette Hettinger.

The family will receive friends for a Celebration of her Life from 6:30 – 9:00 pm, Thursday, May 5, 2022, at MAG Church, 830 Lafayette Rd, Medina, OH 44256.
