Lenore Marilyn Lucy Lethco, age 79, of Seville, Ohio, passed away on August 31, 2024. She was born to the late Helmuth and Eleanor (Riedel) Danz on October 7, 1944, in Cleveland, Ohio. Her step mother, Hazel (Grapentine) Danz, raised her after the death of her mother when she was 6. Lenore was a secretary for George Worthington Trucking and worked for Boyert's Greenhouse.

While her husband worked long hours, Lenore, a city girl, learned to take care of the animals and gardens on their hobby farm and took great pride in her beautiful flowers. The first woman elected to the Medina County Fairboard, she led and served on the Goats and Rabbits and other committees. A dedicated 48-year member of Poe United Methodist Church, she led the women's group and was the treasurer for many years. She will be remembered for her creative talents, beautiful needle work, and lovingly sewing clothes, costumes, and decorations for her family. Her favorite times were spent supporting her family's' numerous activities, hosting friends and family at the farm, and cheering for the Browns and Guardians.

Lenore is survived by her children, Leigh-Ann Lethco, Thomas Lethco (Sherri); and her grandchildren, Morgan Tanner (Brandon), Madison Lethco, Emmeline Liske, Masey Lethco, and Elise Liske; and her siblings, Clifford Danz (Kathy), Dennis Danz (Beth), and Beverly Roth (Glenn). She was preceded by her husband, Thomas Lethco and her stepbrother, Mike Henson.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, OH 44256. Funeral Service will be Monday, September 9, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest with her husband at River Styx Cemetery in Guilford Township, Ohio.
