Leonard J. Kasco, 93, of Hinckley, OH, passed away Saturday in Cleveland. He was born July 6, 1919 in Cleveland to Jacob and Mary (Wisniewski) Kasco. Leonard retired from Ford Motor Co. as a millwright, served his country in the US Navy during WWII, was a firearms enthusiast, loved riding motorcycles and snow mobiles and everything mechanical. He is survived by his son Dale (Shirley) Kasco, grandchildren Dale (Marian), Kevin (Hope), Wendy (Chris) Ambrose, and Sheri (Eric) Cathcart, great grandchildren David (Sharon), Nathan, Kevin, Stephanie, Bobby, Jonathan, Kyle, Reece, Chad, and Jacob; great great grandchildren Charity, Devyn, and Blake, and loving companion of 11 years Helen Guy. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years Regina in 1997, sisters Irene and Dolores and his parents. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-9pm at the Waite and Son Funeral Homes, Brunswick Chapel, 3300 Center Road Funeral service will be Friday at 10:30 am at the funeral home with visitation 1/2 hour prior to service. Burial with honors will follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens in Brunswick.
