Leslie E. Phillips, age 94, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 14, 2026. He was born January 13, 1932, to louis and Mary (nee Mooney) Phillips in Gallipolis, Ohio. Leslie served his country during the Korean War in the US Army. He worked as a truck driver for the Mason Dixon Trucking Company. Leslie enjoyed hunting and watching football, but his family was most important. He treasured spending time with his grandchildren and will be missed by all.

Left to celebrate Leslie's life are his beloved wife of 63 years, Rosemary; his loving children, Debbie Phillips, Leslie (Stephanie) Phillips, Jr., Connie (Joe) Webster, Bonnie Phillips, Kevin (Christina) Phillips, and Rex (Paula) Phillips; his 11 treasured grandchildren; his 8 cherished great-grandchildren; his siblings, Kathy, Doris, Leann, and Glenna; and many extended family and friends.

Leslie is preceded in death by his siblings, John, Roger, Jim, Paul, Bonnie, and Norma.

Family will welcome visitors from 10am to 12pm on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at Waite Funeral Home located at 3300 Center Road in Brunswick, Ohio. Leslie will be laid to rest at Eastlawn Memory Garden in Brunswick.
