Linda M. Monkowski, 67, of Brunswick, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at home on April 21, 2025. She was born December 2, 1957, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Thomas and Arlene (Roth) Toplack.

Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She married the love of her life, Thaddeus Monkowski, on August 26, 1989, and they shared more than 35 beautiful years together.  Her memory will live on with her husband, Thad; daughters, Ashley Monkowski (Larry Davenport, Jr.) and Kristina (Jacob) Miller; and her pride and joy, her grandson, Sawyer Miller. She is also survived by her siblings, Judy Toplack and Tom (Sue) Toplack; niece, Becky (Jason) Ice; and nephew, Matthew Toplack.

Linda had a deep love for animals, especially her dog, Sadie, and her cats. Her warm heart, compassion, and unwavering commitment to family were the cornerstones of her life. She enjoyed being outside in the summer and hanging out by the pool. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.

The family will welcome guests from 4:00 PM to 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Waite Funeral Home, 3300 Center Road, Brunswick. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home at 10:00 am on Friday, April 25, 2025. She will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brook Park.
