In Loving Memory of Lisa Marie Beck

Lisa Marie Beck, age 49, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on May 23, 2025. Born on April 19, 1976, to Bruce Cancasci, Sr. and Kathleen Cancasci, Lisa lived a life filled with creativity, compassion, and commitment to others.

Lisa was a proud graduate of Ashland University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Art. Her talent and eye for design enriched not only her professional work but also the lives of those around her.

She was a devoted Girl Scout Troop Leader for ten years and a Lifetime Member of Girl Scouts, where she passionately guided and inspired young girls with kindness, strength, and wisdom. Lisa was also a proud member of the Phi Mu fraternity, where she formed lifelong friendships and championed the values of love, honor, and truth.

Lisa had unshakable optimism and a deep love of travel, always eager to explore new places and create cherished memories with her family. She carried an enduring commitment to serving her community, offering her time and talents with a generous and open heart.

Lisa is survived by her beloved husband, Ryan; her treasured children, Madeline and Benjamin; her parents, Bruce Cancasci, Sr. and Kathleen Cancasci; her loving brothers, Bruce (Meredith) Cancasci, Jr. and Kyle (Esther) Cancasci; and many dear nieces and nephews who will forever hold her memory close.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Waite Funeral Home in Medina. A Mass will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Martyrs Catholic Church.
