Lois Eileen Henke, age 78, peacefully passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025. She was born in Granite City, IL on October 2, 1946, to George T. and Eileen M. (nee Imming) Reeves. Lois' career was spent as an Executive Secretary for the Brunswick School system. She enjoyed watching the Cleveland Browns and the Indians games, going outdoors and camping; Above all, Lois loved spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren, attending all of their sporting events, proms, graduations, weddings and everything in between. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Left to celebrate Lois' life are her loving children, Sharon (Doug) Lance, Rick (Selina) Henke, Stacey (Jerry) Kocevar and James (Laura) Henke; her cherished grandchildren, Ryan (Melissa), Emily (Garret), Ashley ( Tyler), Alyssa, Rachel (Alex), Jake, Brianna (Brian), Brittany, J.J., Sarah and Joey; her adorable great grandchildren, Harris, Avery and a Baby Boy on the way; her siblings, George (Kim) Reeves and Betty (Randy) Osburn; and many extended family and friends.

Lois is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Richard (2014) and her parents.

Family will welcome friends from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Waite Funeral Home located at 3300 Center Road in Brunswick. A Celebration of Lois' Life will be held at 11:30AM on Friday at the funeral home with interment to follow at Eastlawn Memory Garden in Brunswick.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Lois' memory to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, P.O. Box 5014 Hagerstown, MD 21741.
