Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Lois Ann Sekowski passed away on March 11, 2024. She was born November 14, 1947, in Pikeville, Kentucky, to the late Versal and Thelma (nee Robinson) Ratliff.

Lois was a strong, independent woman who raised three daughters on her own following the passing of her husband, Edward, in 1987. She enjoyed gardening and crafts, especially flower arranging and wreath-making. She was a great cook and, according to her grandchildren, "grandma made the best toast!" More than anything, Lois was devoted to her family. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was their biggest fan at all of their sporting events. She was truly the matriarch of her family, and her passing leaves a void in the lives of those who loved her.

Lois' memory will be cherished by her daughters, Lisa Sekowski, Leslie (John) Davis, and Laura (Greg) Smith; grandchildren, John (Brandon), Jordan (Xai), Devin, Morgan, Courtney, Brady, Trevor, and Lindsey; and great-grandchildren, Kai, Kohen, Eden, and Greyson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Versal and Thelma; and her husband, Edward.
