Louise M. McDaniels, 92, passed away May 16, 2025.

She was born in Detroit, MI on November 29, 1932 to Victor and Marian (Cecchini) Tremonti.

Survivors include her daughters, Laurel (William) Jackson and Mary (Thomas) Thoburn; grandchildren, William (Pamela) Jackson, Elizabeth Jackson, Natalie Jackson Ballo, Hunter (Kari) Kampf, Daniel (Alisha) Thoburn and Benjamin (Kathleen) Thoburn; great-grandchildren, William Jackson, Alexander Jackson, Theodore Ballo, Kip Ballo, Ace Kampf, Luca Kampf, Lincoln Thoburn and Lillian Thoburn; a sister, Jane (Michael) Kenney; and several nieces and a nephew.

Preceding her in death was her husband of 44 years, James; her parents; and a brother, Louis Tremonti.

Louise graduated from Grace School of Nursing in Detroit, earning a Bachelor's Degree. She was a Registered Nurse and served as a school nurse in Lansing, MI for several years. Louise was instrumental in and extremely proud of starting the Diversified Health Occupations program at what is now the Medina Co. Career Center and taught there for many years.

A private funeral service has taken place.
