Mahala F. Earley, 90, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2025, at her home in the comfort of her loved ones. Born on August 23, 1934, in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, she was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mahala's love for her family was unparalleled, and her nurturing spirit left an indelible mark on all those who knew her.

Her family was the center of her world, and she will be remembered for the love, wisdom, and joy she shared with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Mahala's legacy of compassion, warmth, and devotion will live on through the generations she touched.

An avid golfer, Mahala was a member of Medina Country Club for 20 years and loved playing in the Tuesday women's league.  As a passionate animal lover, Mahala had a multitude of pets throughout her life most notably 16 dogs whom she cherished.  Mahala also loved to spend time crafting.  Ceramics, knitting, and sewing were some of her favorites.

Mahala was predeceased in death by her beloved husband of 72 years, James R. Earley (December 28th, 2024) as well as her brothers Joseph and Ronald.  Mahala is survived by her children James Jr. (Diane), Kathleen (Robert), Nancy, Theresa, and Joseph (Jenny).  Mahala is also survived by her grandchildren Madison, Austin, Meghan, Emerson, Krista, Dennis, Thomas, Allan, Molly, Kaleigh, Mahala, McKenna, and Adriane along with great grandchildren Camryn, Owen, Declan, Bibianna, Harrison, Audrey, Dylan, Adelyn, Bennett, Theodore, Matthias, Elliott, and Isla.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Medina County Ohio SPCA in her honor. Mahala will be deeply missed but forever in the hearts of her loved ones.
