Marilyn R. "Lyn" Maxwell, age 64 of Medina, passed away unexpectedly on December 26, 2016. She was born on November 30, 1952 in Medina to the late Fred and Ruth (Hirsch) Siegfried. Lyn was the secretary for the Medina Co. Fair Board for 27 years and a proud and active member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Brunswick.

Lyn is survived by her children Brian (Amber) Maxwell and Rebecca (Daniel) Warner; her grandchildren Cooper and Drake Maxwell, and Alexandra, Gage, and future granddaughters Serenity Lyn and Priscilla Warner; brothers James (Janet) Siegfried, Thomas (Sue) Siegfried, Robert (Teri) Siegfried; many nieces and nephews; and former husband and friend, Jack Maxwell.

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Quinn Warner.

Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina. Interment will follow at Hope Memorial Gardens in Hinckley. The family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. on Thursday, December 29, at the funeral home.
