Marlene A. Lade, age 87, passed away April 13, 2025 in Medina.  She was born on January 24, 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Harry and Evelyn (Witty) Knaack. She was a talented artist, avid reader and enjoyed doll collecting and cross stitching.

Marlene is survived by her loving daughter Judi Lade; her cherished grandchildren Justin Loesch (Stephanie), Stanley Bulejski (Lia), Chrissy Lade, Michael Lade (Madison),  Andrew Lade, Lindsay Posatiere (Bobby)  and Nicholas Lade; and 12 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Arthur J. Lade; her sons Michael and Timothy Lade; and her brother Robert Knaack.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am- 12 Noon at Waite Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, OH, 44256.  A funeral service will immediately follow at 12 Noon on Friday.  She will be laid to rest with her husband at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville.
