Obituary

Mary Jane Paquin (Ash) of North Olmsted/Brunswick, formerly of Hudson, went Home to be with the Lord Monday, June 20th. She was born in St. Petersburg, Florida but was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Mary Jane celebrated her 100th birthday on June 21st. Married to the love of her life for 61 years to her beloved husband, Edward “Bud” Paquin – deceased. Dear mother to daughters Terry Lee Wood (Roy – deceased), Gail Ann Campbell (Richard – deceased), Bonnie Jean Cremeans, sons Andrew Brent – deceased (Bianca) and Richard Rodriquez. Mary Jane was preceded in death by her parents Oscar and Alberta Ash, sister Alberta “Babe” Licht, and brother Oscar “Johnny” Ash. Many friends, nieces and nephews.

Mary Jane was very active in her children’s activities. She was a Girl Scout leader, PTA President, Band Booster and Den Mother. Mary Jane was a Christian woman who loved the Lord. She taught Women’s Bible Study fellowship, was a Sunday school teacher, sang in the church choir, and was active in Hudson Chapter of Eastern Star.

Friends may call at Waite Funeral Home, Brunswick Chapel, 3300 Center Road (Rt 303 & I71) on Sunday, August 2, 2026 from 2 to 4pm. Services will be on Monday, August 3, 2026 at the funeral home at 12 noon.

Donations may be made to the Cleveland APL, 1729 Willey Avenue #1, Cleveland, Ohio 44113 where she recused her cat “Lil” Bud.
