Matthew Lee Baker, age 42 of Medina, OH, passed away on April 14, 2025. He was born to Carol Ann (Jarvis) Baker on May 31, 1982 in Akron, OH. Matt graduated from the University of Akron and had a very successful career in Medical Sales. He loved helping patients, and cherished the relationships he had with so many colleagues and Physicians over the years.

Matt was a loving father and husband. He will be remembered as a generous, hardworking, and attentive provider for his family. Matt cherished spending time with his son; he never missed any of his football games and he always enjoyed volunteering with his Cub Scouts activities. Matt adored spending time with his wife, Michelle, and son, Colin. As a family, they loved traveling together. Matt also enjoyed playing golf, spending time outdoors, playing his favorite video games, and of course going on cruises.

Matt is survived by his wife of 18 years, Michelle L. Baker; his son Colin Baker; his mother, Carol Baker; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jennifer (Chris) Lehman; nephew and niece, Brady and Morgan Lehman; and in-laws, Susan and Mark Finley.

A Celebration of Matt's Life will be held on Friday April 18, 2025 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at Waite Funeral Home 765 N. Court St. Medina, OH 44256.
