Michelle Christine Manthey, age 53, was called home to the Lord on August 6, 2024. She was born on December 18, 1970, to Donald and the late Judith Manthey. The heart and home, her love will be carried through her children, Courtnie (Kris) Massey, Taylor (Mason) Sowinski, Mikaela Buckingham, and Ryan (Kaitlyn) Manthey. The best Mimi to her grandchildren Gunnar, Ryker and Eric. Her beloved brothers Donnie and Jesse Manthey; Godfather David (Theresa) Kosakowski; Aunt to Jesse and Jade Manthey.

Michelle was a loving mom, mimi, daughter, sister, and friend. She loved her family, always worried about them, rooted for them, protected them, and provided the best advice. She was everyone's biggest cheerleader.

There was never a day that went by where she didn't brag about all four of her beautiful children and three grandsons, who she spoiled. They made her world go round, and would move mountains for them.

She enjoyed spending as much time with all her family, friends, and attending her grandsons sports games. She was kind, generous, and compassionate. Her smile could light up a room. She was the rock of the family.

We are all so grateful and blessed to experience her love and to unconditionally love her back so immensely through the love that she showed and taught.

To say her family and friends will miss her greatly is an understatement. Our hearts are broken. Navigating life without her near will be challenging. But her family knows, she would want them to keep going on, with her guidance in spirit.

At her request, her wishes were no memorial service or funeral by her immediate family. She wished to be remembered in a Celebration of Life, that will be set up at a later time.
