Naomi Elaine Hamlin, age 91 and a lifelong resident of Medina, passed away December 29, 2024.  She was born in Medina on September 28, 1933, to the late Ford and Juanita (Davis) Thomas.  Naomi was a homemaker and helped raise three wonderful children.  She enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting. She and her husband, Robert, loved to camp, spending time in all 48 continental states.

Noami is survived by her daughter Denise Hammond (Eddy); twin sons Darrell (Amy) Hamlin and Donald Hamlin; grandchildren Scott (Allison) Hammond and Bethany Hammond; sisters-in-law Gwen Perkins (Jon Elletson) and Mary Thomas; numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 65 years Robert D. Hamlin in 2020; her brother Dave Thomas and her parents.

To honor our mother's wishes, there will be no public services.  We invite you to celebrate Naomi's life and memory in your own way.  She will be deeply missed but will forever remain in our hearts.  She will be laid to rest in Spring Grove Cemetery with Robert.

The family suggests contributions may be made in Naomi's memory to American Heart Association, Cleveland, OH.
