Noah David Kotlarek

Noah David Kotlarek, age 12, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 9, 2026. He was born on December 14, 2013, to his loving parents Kenneth and Laura (nee Forlini) Kotlarek. Noah is survived by his dear brother Jonah; cherished grandparents Lynn and Denny Weber, David and Luciel Forlini; treasured aunts and uncles Theresa and Tom Petrey, Kris and Bob McKown, Michael and Janette Forlini; cousins Jake (Melanie), Kayley, Giana, Mahrianna, Dominic, Julianna, Grace, Santino and Grayson; as well as many friends.

Noah is preceded in death by his dear grandparents Kenneth and Iris Kotlarek.

He loved spending time with family and friends, especially making them laugh. He had a great sense of humor and brought joy to those around him. He enjoyed fishing, gaming, playing soccer, and cooking. A true foodie, Noah loved good food and the joy that came with sharing it with others.

Noah was one of God’s inspirational warriors and touched the lives of so many people. His larger-than-life smile, personality, and heart of gold will be greatly missed.

Family will receive friends on Monday, October 19, 2026, from 3:00-8:00 pm at Waite Funeral Home in Medina and Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 10:00-11:00 am at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 11:00 am at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. Burial to follow at St. Martin of Tours Cemetery.
