Norman F. Borowski, 97, of Brunswick, passed away January 5, 2026.

He was born in Cleveland on December 19, 1928 to Joseph and Viola (Szczepinski) Borowski.

Norman is survived by his daughter, Noreen (Jim) Lemon; grandchildren, Jimmy Jr. (Gretchen), Scott (Danielle), and Kristy (Dana); and great-grandchildren, Maddie, Amy, Jimmy IV, Tommy, Dominic, and Cameron.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Esther; a daughter, Diane Borowski; and siblings, Ed and Albert Borowski.

Norman was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a former member of the FOE in Maple Heights and Bedford and a former member of the HBT Club. He was a member of St. Ambrose Parish in Brunswick. Norman was a strong man who fought to the end and never gave up.

Visitation will be held from 3-8 pm, Monday, January 12, 2026, at Waite Funeral Home, 3300 Center Rd., Brunswick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am, Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at St. Ambrose Parish, 929 Pearl Rd., Brunswick. Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery, 10000 Miles Ave., Cleveland. There will be no formal procession to cemetery. Please meet at cemetery office at 1 pm.
