Ozella N. Hansen, age 93, passed away on December 13, 2025, in Brunswick, Ohio. She was born to the late Bert and Lueiza Crook in Naylor, Missouri.

Ozella was a woman of strong Christian faith who lived her life with grace, devotion, and kindness. She married L.H. "Bill" Hansen, Jr., and together they built a loving family. Ozella also worked as an insurance underwriter for Guarantee Reserve.

She had a deep appreciation for the arts and was an avid fan of classic movies and trivia. In her younger adult years, Ozella enjoyed participating in community theater while living in Chicago, Illinois, a passion that reflected her creativity and love for performance.  She and Bill also worked together to own and operate a restaurant lounge and a campground.

Ozella was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband of 47 years, L.H. "Bill" Hansen, Jr.; her son, Martin J. Solner; and her step-son Brad "Pete" Hansen and sons-in-law Raymond Landry and Kerry Koloini.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Michele Hansen Ward (Edward Kompa); her stepchildren, Cheryl Hansen Landry, Dawn Hansen Koloini, and Lily Hansen; her daughter-in-law; and her grandchildren, Jacob A. Ward, Theresa M. Ward, Martin J. Solner, Jr., Beth (Matt) Melaragno, Jesse Koloini (Travis), and Kara Koloini Wyar (Don); and her great-grandchildren, Ola, Ellis, Aiden, and Lila.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, January 31, 2026 from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, with the Memorial Service immediately following at 3:00 pm at Waite Funeral Home 765 N Court St., Medina, OH 44256.
