Patricia Ruth (Sattler) Relitz passed away peacefully Wednesday, October 8, 2025. She was born August 8, 1942, to the late Ralph and Lucille (Lahey) Sattler in Perrysburg, Ohio. She attended St. Rose Catholic School and Perrysburg High School. She then attended Ann Arbor, Michigan, Nursing school, graduating as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was employed at Kaiser Permanente Medical Offices.

Patricia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She actively supported her children in school, scouts and sports. She provided endless enjoyment for her grandchildren with custom decorated birthday cakes and handmade Halloween costumes. She was an avid jigsaw puzzler and card player. In retirement, Patricia enjoyed spending her winters in Florida and traveling the world with her husband. She gave to the community by donating handmade hats and scarves for cancer patients.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 63 years, Edward; children Jaqueline (Tony) Schneider, Melanie Relitz, Todd Relitz, Conrad (Denise) Relitz, and Aaron (Pam) Relitz; grandchildren Elizabeth, Alex, Anthony, Brittni, Kyle, Bill, Troy, Patty, Carla, Sophie, Eddie, and Adam and five great grandchildren.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Stanley Sattler, Jan "Sis" Krout, Betty Elchert, Peggy Russell, Lois Bruce, Thomas Sattler, and Donna Mocniak.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation with the family will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 am on Friday, October 17th, 2025, at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Brunswick, Ohio prior to the Funeral Mass Service at 11:00 am. The family will have a private interment of her ashes at Myrtle Hill Cemetery, Valley City, Ohio, at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Patricia's name to either St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 929 Pearl Rd, Brunswick, Ohio 44212 or Hospice of the Western Reserve, 5075 Windfall Rd, Medina, Ohio 44256.
