Obituary

Patricia A. Sidloski (née Ramsey), age 86, passed away on August 8, 2026.

Pat was the loving mother of Nancy (Rick) Lear, Kathleen Sidloski, Theodore (Naomi) Sidloski, Jr., and Timothy (Christine) Sidloski. She was the cherished grandmother of Tiffany (Aaron) Zaffle, Cory Vichosky, Samantha Lear, Brittany (Patrick) Bukalski, Bradley Vichosky, Ashley Vichosky (fiancé Michael Kelly), Megan (Samuel ) Jeunnette, and Mara Sidloski, and a proud “GiGi” to nine great-grandchildren.

She was the dear sister of Trudy (Leonard) Morris, Rose Ramsey, Ann Morris, Ken (Rori) Ramsey, and Phyllis (Gary) Kubitz; sister-in-law of David Schumacher; and she was also loved by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Pat devoted more than 25 years to caring for others as a Registered Nurse at MetroHealth. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, hosting birthday parties for her grandchildren, holiday hosting, and perusing garden centers. Pat had an extensive collection of frog and turtle statues. Cali and Buddy, her feline babies, will miss sitting in her lap.

Pat was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Theodore Sidloski; her parents, Kenneth and Anne Ramsey; and her sisters, Marie Belcher and Jane Schumacher.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at St. Ambrose Catholic Parish, 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick, Ohio. Inurnment will immediately follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 6303 Center Road, Valley City, Ohio.
