Patricia Marie Smrdel, loving wife, mother, and grandma; age 83, of Cleveland, peacefully passed away July 15, 2017. She was born October 20, 1933 in Cleveland to the late James & Lyola (nee Conklin) Cusick. Patricia is survived by her children Jack Smrdel (Patrice Lecso), Jill Guadagnoli (Larry), Jeanne Hejny (Jeff Mihu); her seven grandsons; her six great-grandchildren; and her niece Sharon Vertel. She was preceded in death by her husband Jacob J. Smrdel; her parents; her brothers James (Dee) and Thomas Cusick (Nancy); her Sisters: Dotsy (Jim), Peggy (Red), Marilyn (Bob); and her son-in-law Nick G. Hejny A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Patricia at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at St. Mary of the Falls, 25615 Bagley Rd., Olmsted Falls, OH 44138.
