Dr. Paul S. Hornik, Optometrist, 68, of Brunswick, passed away on January 11, 2018. He was born on December 25, 1949 in Cleveland, OH to the late Frank and Theresa (nee Zona) Hornik. Paul is survived by Jane and their 3 beautiful children Phillip Hornik, Andrew (Michelle) Hornik, and Rachel (Bill) Vida; 2 precious grandsons Samuel and Alex Hornik; cherished siblings Annie, Frank, Mary Kay, Christine, Kathy, Dan, and David; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was a well-loved Optometrist, a very active member of the Gideon Bible Association and was involved in the Brooklyn Kiwanis and the Antique Automobile Club of America. Friends may call on Sunday, January 14, from 2-2:30 at Grace Baptist Church, 34800 Laurel Rd. Brunswick, OH 44212. A service will follow at 2:30PM.
